Silk Paintings
I love the subtle nature and freedom of loosing control of paint on silk, but ultimately it is a balance of letting go and control. I love how the light reflects off the metallic “Gutta” lines that control the flow of the paint to bring the paintings to life.
The paintings are made with silk paint, steam fixed and then stretched over canvas or mounted in a frame. If you are interested in commissioning a painting or purchasing an original please contact me for more information.
